<p>The present invention relates to a recycling system retrieving waste heat which is generated while treating a steel slag in a slag atomizing device which treats in order to recycle a molten steel or steel slag waste which are generated in the steelworks. A steel slag atomizing treatment system for recycling the waste heat comprises: a tundish which drops a fixed amount of molten steel slag while tapping and supplying to predetermined direction; a spraying device which scatters molten steel slag which is dropped from the tundish; an open slag storage yard which stacks scattered steel slag particle; a bucket elevator which takes out the stacked slag particles to the outside; a waste heat recycling device; wherein the waste heat recycling device comprises: a vacuum dust collector; an air transfer device; a dryer; a dust remover.
