The tape has water-impermeable and steam-permeable sealing layers (1, 2) formed on TPU base. Thickness of the sealing layers is measured such that actual tapes are connected in a waterproof- and vapor-transmissive manner by thermal welding or source welding or by sticking in a connector. Two sides and an entire surface of a water-permeable- and steam-permeable base (3) are provided with the sealing layers. The connector is overlapped with an overlapped translation part (5), where water entry is prevented into the base in a fluid state. An independent claim is also included for a slanting roof.
