Disclosed in the present invention is a vessel for carrying liquefied natural gas, which has a fuel cell system capable of efficiently using boil-off gas generated from a liquefied natural gas (LNG) cargo tank in a vessel for carrying liquefied natural gas. The vessel for carrying liquefied natural gas comprises: an LNG cargo tank where liquefied natural gas is stored; a fuel cell system which is installed at one among a deck house area, a main deck, a cargo hold area, a mooring deck area, or a structure installed in an engine casing; and a fuel supply pipe which supplies boil-off gas inside the LNG cargo tank to the fuel cell system.
