<p>A sheet metal blanking die assembly (1), comprising a lower part (3), an upper part (5) and guide columns (7) arranged to maintain said parts (3, 5) aligned during the movement of the upper part (5) relative to the lower part (3), the die upper part (5) and lower part (3) of the die assembly (1) presenting flat parallel mutually opposing horizontal portions (11, 13), the lower flat portion (13) being adapted to receive the sheet metal, the upper flat portion (11) presenting a plurality of punches (17) which project downwards from it at the moment of blanking when the die assembly (1) is closed by the action of a press, blanking recesses (19) being present in said flat lower portion (13) to receive the respective punches (17), the die assembly (1) presenting at least one differential rotation device for a blanking unit positioned to correspond with at least one blanking position (18, 19, 20), said device comprising a punch holder (31), a guide means (35) and a die (37); said punch holder (31) guide (35) and die (37):
- forming a blanking unit (41) adapted to rotate about an axis X within said upper part (5) and lower part (3) of the die assembly (1);
- presenting respectively further seats (47, 49 and 51) to house centring means (33),
- being able to rigidly rotate mutually by means of said centring means (33).</p> |
