The invention relates to organic chemistry, in particular to a process for producing 14,15-bisnorlabdan-8(9)-en-13-one (2) - valuable and important intermediate for the synthesis of higher drimanic sesquiterpenoids and terpenoids.The process includes treatment of a solution of hydroxy ketone (1) in acetonitrile with trimethylsilylmethanesulphonate, taken in a molar excess of 1:5, at room temperature:Thus, the reaction course is monitored by thin-layer chromatography.The technical result of the invention is to provide a reproducible, faster and with a higher yield process for producing 14,15-bisnorlabdane-8(9)-en-13-one. |
