SYNTHETIC FIBER AND ITS MANUFACTURING PROCESS

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a synthetic fiber and a manufacturing method thereof. The synthetic fiber is manufactured into a raw cloth for spinning yarn by mixing polyaramide and polyester which facilitate a melt spinning and are capable of a multi-lobal conjugate spinning. The conjugate spinning is performed by using a rectangular multi-lobal spinneret and a distribution plate made for conjugate spinning, with the polyester having 0.6-0.7 of intrinsic viscosity (IV) and the polyamide having 2.6-3.3 of relative viscosity (RV) spun in a ratio of 6:4-9:1. The divisional conjugated yarn obtained by the conjugate spinning is appropriately stretched, crimped, heat-set, and cut to have fewer than 5% of initial division degree on the raw cloth. A technical composition of the present invention comprises: the synthetic fiber composed of two types of polyester and polyamide, both of which are mutually incompatible and are capable of melt spinning; the polyester formed in a horseshoe shape in the right and left side of a cross section of a rectangular raw cloth, having 0.6-0.7 of intrinsic viscosity (IV); and the polyamide formed in a cross shape in the middle of the raw cloth, having 2.6-3.3 of relative viscosity (RV).
