The present invention relates to kimchi to increase vitality, and a production method thereof which includes a step of adding 10-30 parts by weight of functional additive for improving vitality to 100 parts by weight of kimchi raw ingredients during a production process of the kimchi of adding seasonings to the kimchi raw ingredients. The functional additive for improving vitality is formed of 80-99 wt% of functional health food ingredients and 1-20 wt% of functional nutrients. The kimchi produced by the present invention contains an abundant amount of functional health food ingredients which can increase vitality, thereby being practically used for patients lacking vitality. |
