PURPOSE: A wire cutter device having insulation property for a ship panel block welding robot is provided to accurately cut the end of a wire and prevent sparking during cutting. CONSTITUTION: A wire cutter device having insulation property for a ship panel block welding robot comprises a cutter body(43), a cutter(41), and an insulated plate(45). The cutter body is bolted to a fixing bracket(44). The fixing bracket is installed on the front side of the pivot axis of a welding robot. The cutter cuts the end of an inserted wire. The insulated plate is located between the cutter body and the fixing bracket. The wire cutter is installed and insulated on the bottom of the welding robot so that the cutter is located on the center line of the welding robot. |
