The present invention relates to a heater assembly for electric Ondol, which can be manufactured by making the width of a cross section of a pipe used for the heater assembly longer than the thickness of the cross section to widen a heating area and improve thermal conductance, thereby enhancing thermal efficiency. The heater assembly for electric Ondol according to the present invention comprises: a hollow pipe with a cross section having the shape of a flat tube of which edges are round; a hot wire having the shape of a long coil spring, having a pair of free ends bent towards the same direction at a constant interval so as to be inserted into the pipe, wherein a fixing member is provided at the bent portion; an insulating material filled in the pipe such that the pipe and the hot wire are insulated from each other; a packing provided at the other end of the pipe such that the free ends of the hot wire are exposed to the outside of the pipe, respectively; a wire unit connected to the free ends of the hot wire, and having a fusing portion where the sheaths of four wires are melted with each other as a part of the sheaths is melted by spraying hot air to the sheaths of the four wires adjacently arranged to each other; and finishing members respectively provided at one end of the pipe and between the other end thereof and the fusing portion of the wire unit. |
