The present invention relates to a fishing rod made of a carbon fabric. The present invention manufactures a carbon fishing rod by utilizing a synthetic carbon fabric(110) which is obtained by bonding rupture preventing cloths(112)(Poly PE-Nilon which is utilized for a tent) on both surfaces of a carbon fabric(111) produced by bonding an adhesive rein, thereby obtaining a fishing rod having excellent shock resistance by improving shearing strength, tensile strength, and bending strength in comparison with a fishing rod using the carbon fabric only; fundamentally solving a problem of rupture; preventing injuries caused by fragments might be occurred by the existing fishing rod by preventing fragments of a bent portion; and preventing environmental destruction caused by portions of the fishing rod separated from the body of the fishing rod.
