<p>The present invention relates to a luminescence detection method using oxidizers, and provides a quantitative method for uranium concentrations, comprising; a) a first measurement step to measure a luminescence intensity or luminescence attenuation of +6 valence uranium; b) a second measurement step to measure a luminescence intensity or luminescence attenuation of +6 valence uranium contained in each sample added with standard solutions after adding the standard solutions containing +6 valence uranium of a predetermined concentration in mutually different volumes, respectively, for a plurality of samples with addition of oxidizers; and c) a step to calculate concentrations of +6 valence uranium contained in detection object samples according to a standard material addition method based on the first and the second measurements. The quantitative method for uranium concentrations according to the present invention provides a method allowing faster and more accurate analyses of uranium concentrations.
