A water-supply system having an anti-splash function for hot water according to the present invention comprises a hot water container storing heated-water; a control switch which can be controlled by a user to request hot water supply; a flow path for inducing the hot water from the hot water container to a predetermined position; a water supply groove for discharging the hot water by being arranged at the end of the flow path; a water supply control valve for discharging the hot water through the water supply groove by opening and closing the flow path or the water supply groove; and a microcomputer for slowly increasing the water supply amount of the hot water by controlling an opening rate of the water supply control value in the closed state when the microcomputer senses the control for receiving the hot water of the control switch.
