Every time a voltage value detected by a voltage measurement section 41 is not more than a discharge detection voltage S1 as a predetermined value, the body-side control section CP causes the motor M to drive at a duty ratio smaller than a duty ratio before becoming not more than the discharge detection voltage S1. |
