PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collector capable of securely extinguishing sparks of dust-containing air, excellently keeping weight balance of the whole device, and downsizing the device.SOLUTION: The dust collector of the present invention includes: a suction duct 3 connected to the center of an upper part of a body case 5; an introduction conduit 10 provided vertically so as to communicate with the suction duct 3; preprocessing equipment 11 which is provided vertically so as to be adjacent to the introduction conduit 10, to which a lower end part of the introduction conduit 10 is connected from the side, of which an upper end part is provided with a discharge port, and which performs preprocessing by centrifugation; and a filter 12 juxtaposed with the preprocessing equipment 11. Dust-containing air flows into the preprocessing equipment 11 through the introduction conduit 10, and powder dust is collected at a process where the preprocessing is performed by centrifugation in the preprocessing equipment 11, after that, the dust-containing air is discharged from the discharge port into the body case 5, powder dust is collected further at a process of passing through the filter 12, and then, the dust-containing air becomes clean air and is discharged to the outside. |
