PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the number of naked element wires 4 large and to achieve cost reduction in an element wire insulation segmentation conductor for a power cable in which two or more segment conductors 1 that are subjected to compression molding in a cross section fan shape are twisted in a cross section circle shape through an insulation sheet 2.SOLUTION: A segment conductor that includes a center element wire group 6 that comprises an insulation element wire 4 and a naked element wire 5, in which the number of naked element wires 5 is more than the number of insulation element wires 4 (a naked element wire may be all) in a central part; a single element wire layer 7 that comprises an insulation element wire 4 only, and a complex element wire layer 8 in which an insulation element wire 4 and a naked element wire 5 are alternately aligned in an outside of the same; and a complex element wire layer 8 in which an insulation element wire 4 and a naked element wire 5 are alternately aligned in an outermost layer is used as a segment conductor 1. |
