PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active ray curing composition having no needs to prepare separately in each components and excellent in curing property.SOLUTION: An active ray curing composition contains a photobase generator, a double bound-containing compound and a &bgr;-dicarbonyl compound. The double bound-containing compound is preferably one or more kind selected from a group consisting of a (meth)acrylate compound and a (meth)acrylamide compound. The &bgr;-dicarbonyl compound is preferably an acetoacetic ester compound.
