PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method, capable of being used in desired various procedures for lifting, compressing or supporting to reset a tissue or an organ in a body without in-operation injury and without post-operation discomfort and/or in a comparatively short recovery time.SOLUTION: An anchor delivery device 100 includes a handle assembly 102, and the handle assembly is connected to an elongate tissue access assembly 104. The elongate tissue access assembly houses components employed to construct an anchor assembly, and is sized to fit into a 19F cystoscopic sheath for patient tolerance during a procedure in which the patient is awake rather than under general anesthesia. The tissue access assembly is stiff to allow manual compression of tissue at an interventional site by leveraging the handle assembly. |
