PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of leakage current of an I/O port under a non-active state which disturbs start of a clock in a semiconductor device capable of generating clock signals by connecting a crystal oscillator to an external terminal to which the I/O port is connected.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises a first terminal (Xin), an amplifier circuit (Aosc) connected to the first terminal and an output buffer (11a) having an output terminal (Nout) connected to the first terminal. The output buffer includes a first conductivity type first transistor (Mp1) and a first conductivity type second transistor (Mp2) which are connected in series between first power supply wiring (VCC) and the output terminal via a first node (Np). Conducting states of the first conductivity type first transistor and the first conductivity type second transistor are controlled in response to a first control signal (Sp) which is commonly applied to each gate. |
