PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double bundle type freezing machine capable of: effectively utilizing a sub-cooler regardless of an operation mode of the double bundle type freezing machine; and improving energy saving performance.SOLUTION: A double bundle type freezing machine 1 comprises: a compressor 10 which compresses a cooling medium; a condenser 20 which condenses the cooling medium; an expansion valve 30 which expands the cooling medium; an evaporator 40 which evaporates the cooling medium; a cooling water circulation passage 50 which allows cooling water to be circulated between the condenser 20 and a cooling tower 4; a hot water circulation passage 60 which allows hot water to be circulated between the condenser 20 and a heater 5; a sub-cooler 70 which performs supercooling of the cooling medium or waste heat recovery; a cooling water sub-circulation passage 80 which allows the cooling water to be circulated between the cooling water circulation passage 50 and the sub-cooler 70; a hot water sub-circulation passage 90 which allows the hot water to be circulated between the hot water circulation passage 60 and the sub-cooler 70; and electric-operated valves 100 which adjust a connection state between the sub-cooler 70 and the cooling water sub-circulation passage 80 or the hot water sub-circulation passage 90. |
