Provided are a transmission method for control information, a user equipment and a base station. The transmission method includes: a base station sending configuration information about a centralized enhanced physical downlink control channel to a user equipment, a region where the centralized enhanced physical downlink control channel resource configured by the configuration information is located including a first aggregation level region and a second aggregation level region, wherein aggregation levels contained in the second aggregation level region completely occupy one or more physical resource block pairs. Through the embodiments of the present invention, the blocking rate of a control channel can be reduced, and additional control channel overhead will not be generated.
