The present invention is a thermophilic filamentous fungus-derived protein having flavin adenine dinucleotide-dependent glucose dehydrogenase activity. The present invention provides an enzyme for glucose measurement that has better thermal stability than the conventional art while being unaffected by soluble oxygen, not requiring the addition of a co-enzyme, and maintaining the excellent properties of FADGDH in terms of having excellent matrix specificity (particularly low reactivity with maltose).
