A charging control device that charges a battery (20) to a prescribed charging rate using output power from a charger (10) is characterized by being provided with: a charger control means for controlling the output power of the charger (10) on the basis of a first map representing the relationship between the state of the battery (20) and the charging power for the battery (20), which corresponds to the charging time for the battery (20); and an allowable charging time calculation means for calculating the allowable charging time of the charging time for the battery (20). The charging control device is further characterized in that the charger control means refers to the first map, calculates the charging power for charging the battery (20) in the allowable charging time, and controls the output power of the charger (10) according to the charging power calculated on the basis of the allowable charging time.
