摘要 The present invention discloses an organic light emitting element including a transparent electrode having a conductive filament and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention forms a transparent electrode of the organic light emitting element with a resistance change material having a resistance state change from a low resistance state to a high resistance state by forming the conductive filament in which a current flows when a voltage having high transmittance to light of an infrared area and exceeding a threshold voltage is applied to the material. Therefore, the invention indicates high light transmittance to not only an area of visible ray generated from the organic light emitting element but also the light of an infrared area and can obtain a transparent electrode having good conductivity by making ohmic contact to an organic material layer composing an organic semiconductor layer. In addition, the present invention prevents a current concentration phenomenon by spreading a current flowing into the transparent electrode to the whole of the organic material layer by connecting the filaments formed in the electrode with each other by forming a current spread layer implemented by highly conductive and light-transmittable CNT or graphene at the top or bottom of the electrode.
