PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system and a program, capable of displaying emergency information stored in association with a caller telephone number on a mobile terminal.SOLUTION: An emergency report system 1 includes: storage means for storing a telephone number for a portable terminal 30 in a plurality of auto dial device 15 in advance; registration means for associating a telephone number and an emergency notification content of at least any one of the auto dial devices with telephone directory data stored in the portable terminal, and registering the associated ; selection means for acquiring emergency information and selecting an emergency controller to which the emergency information is reported on the basis of regional information contained in the emergency information; call origination means for making a call to a telephone number of a portable terminal stored in a specified auto dial device among the plurality of auto dial devices on the basis of the content of the emergency information reported on the emergency controller selected; and display means for displaying emergency notification content on the portable terminal, the emergency notification content stored in the telephone directory data in association with the telephone number of the auto dial device to which a call was made.
