The embodiment of the present invention provides a method, BS and UE for sending and receiving data. The method for sending data comprises: BS generating downlink control information, which comprises at least two bits used for indicating the first rate matching parameter information, wherein one of the at least two bits is also used for indicating demodulation reference DMRS information; BS sending the physical downlink control channel PDCCH comprising the downlink control information to the equipment UE, so that the UE can determine the DMRS information and the first rate matching parameter information according to the at least two bits. The technical solution provided by the present invention can flexibly configure the DMRS information and the rate matching parameter information as needed, avoid the large DMRS interference problem caused by the binding configuration of the DMRS information and the rate matching parameter information in the prior art, in the meanwhile, save the cost of signaling, and improve the frequency efficiency of the system.
