摘要 Disclosed are a device and a method for stabilizing an intelligence power system using synchronized-phasor information to set an optimum parameter of an intelligent power system stabilizing device by reflecting low-frequency vibration frequency which is calculated using visual synchronization data. The intelligent power system stabilizing device comprises an input unit which receives a generator parameter, a control system parameter, and visual synchronization data; a processing unit which stores a characteristic value distribution chart which is produced by calculating a characteristic value according to change in a PSS parameter base on the generator parameter and the control system parameter; a detection unit which detects low-frequency vibration frequency based on the visual synchronization data; and a deduction unit which deducts the PSS parameter based on the characteristic value distribution chart and the low-frequency vibration frequency.
