PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make required information more legible when information added to a three-dimensional image is displayed.SOLUTION: A structure extraction part 14 extracts a cardiac region from a three-dimensional image V0 of a chest, an image display control part 16 displays the cardiac region by a volume rendering (VR) method, and an information-giving part 20 gives additional information including text, voice and the like to the VR image displayed with desired conditions including an image orientation. The display conditions when the additional information is given is stored as the specified display conditions together with the additional information. An allowable range setting part 22 sets a predetermined allowable range for the specified display conditions. When the display conditions at later display of the VR image fall within the allowable range of the specified display conditions, an information reproduction part 24 determines that the additional information is reproducible. |
