PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and simply prepare an additional certification card in addition to a general certification card.SOLUTION: A certification card preparation apparatus 1 comprises: an apparatus box 2; a card material supply part 41 provided in the apparatus box 2 to supply a card material 50; a card material conveyance part 46; and card material printing parts 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d. A manual attachment box 10 housing a card material 5 is attached to the outer surface 2A of the apparatus box 2. An outlet 11 is provided in the manual attachment box 10. The card material 5 in the manual attachment box 10 is ejected from the outlet 11, conveyed to the card material conveyance part 46 in the apparatus box 2 to print and prepare an additional certification card in the card material printing parts 42a, 42b, 42c, 42d. |
