In the present invention, a first terminal sends a D2D signal according to sending resource configuration information about the D2D signal acquired from a network side, and a second terminal searches for the D2D signal according to receiving resource configuration information about the D2D signal acquired from the network side and determines that the corresponding first terminal is found when finding the D2D signal. It can be seen that the present solution solves the problem of how terminals find each other.
