PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a positional relationship between parts to record a combining character.SOLUTION: A recording control unit 26a of a printer 11 receives data, which are control data for requesting to record parts related to each position for one line and includes a decoration command for requesting to perform a predetermined decoration to a specific part of the parts for one line, from a host computer 10, and adjusts a positional relationship of the control data related to each position stored in a storage area by utilizing the decoration command included in the received control data related to the position for one line to perform recording.
