Disclosed is a battery protection device. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the battery protection device includes a temperature dependence resistance which is electrically connected to at least on battery cell and changes internal resistance according to the inverse proportion relation and the temperature of at least one battery cell. The battery protection device is connected between the temperature dependence resistance and the at least one battery cell and further includes a battery protection part which stops a current flowing through the at least one battery cell if the current exceeds a first reference value.
