PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy fixture and improve the cooling effect in a cooling device of an electronic apparatus used in a base station of a portable telephone or the like.SOLUTION: A cooling device 1 is formed by placing a plate like second plate 7 on a box shaped first plate 6 as a lid, and a reinforcement material 12, with which a metal plate is brazed and overlapped, is included in the first plate 6. The cooling device 1 includes multiple fixing holes (fixing holes 8, fixing holes 11, fixing holes 15) which penetrate through the first plate 6, the reinforcement material 12, and the second plate 7 and are used for fixing a heating body 2 or fixing the cooling device 1 itself. The structure enables an outer shell of the cooling device 1 to be formed by a flat surface and allows the heating body 2 to adhere to the outer shell thereby improving the cooling effect. |
