The elastic portions are arranged serially by a phasing part (30), so that the elastic portions deform in phase with one another, where stiffness of one elastic portion mounted between the input element and the phasing part is less than stiffness of another elastic portion mounted between the phasing part and the output element, and stiffness ratio is equal to 2.
