PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely remove dust or the like stuck to a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A fluid inlet 21 and a fluid outlet 22 formed in a radiator 18 are disposed on the same axial center line O1-O1, rotatably supporting the radiator 18 centering around the axial center line O1-O1 with an fluid inflow side pipe 23 for the radiator and a fluid flow-out side pipe 24 for the radiator. Furthermore, a fluid inlet 28 and a fluid outlet 29 formed in an oil cooler 26 are disposed on the same axial center line O2-O2, rotatably supporting the oil cooler 26 centering around the axial center line O2-O2 with a fluid inflow side pipe 30 for the oil cooler and a fluid flow-out side pipe 31 for the oil cooler. Thereby, the radiator 18 and the oil cooler 26 can be turned like double hinged doors relative to a cooling fan 13, surely removing the dust stuck to the radiator 18 and oil cooler 26.
