<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a method of manufacturing a solar cell module by which a sheet-like member is laminated in a precise position on a substrate (especially on a curved substrate). <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 1 of the solar cell module includes a support part 2 for supporting at least one sheet-like member selected from a group of a filling material, solar cell matrix, and rear surface protecting material, and a mounting part 3 for laying the sheet-like member on the curved substrate. The support part 2 includes a sucking part 21 for sucking and holding two side parts including opposite sides of the sheet-like member.
