PURPOSE: A method for providing a compensation service which reflects a TS(Time Spending) based result, a server thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to supply TS points in comparison to game time, thereby promoting purchase of items. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(10) receives input of a client. A storage unit(50) stores ID of a user operating the client, game time, a game result, quest data, and quest achievement. A TS based compensation unit(70) provides TS points to the user. The TS points are in comparison to one or more combinations among the game time, the game result, and the quest achievement.
