摘要 A sensor for measuring an acidity/sugar content has a simple composition compared with the composition of the conventional measuring device using a light source and a spectroscope in order to provide a very simple composition for a measuring device, enable miniaturization and weight lightening, enable portability of a device for measuring an acidity/sugar content for fruit, and enable ultimately dissemination and popularization of the device for measuring an acidity/sugar content for fruit by reducing significantly the manufacturing costs. In addition, the sensor for measuring an acidity/sugar content can be attached to a general scale, an electronic device, and a terminal in order to enable the development and spread of applied products. The sensor for measuring an acidity/sugar content comprises: an outside exposure type acidity measuring control unit (1-2) which includes an acidity electrode unit (1-6) and a sugar content sensor (1-5), has a very sharp and thin shape, and converts conductivity of fruit into an electric signal for outputting; an acidity measuring signal calculating unit (1-3) which provides a reference voltage value in order to calculate the acidity and the sugar content of the fruit measure by the acidity measuring control unit (1-2); and a sugar content measuring signal display unit (1-4) which measures the conductivity value of the fruit measured by the sugar content measuring control unit (1-2) in order to display a sugar content measurement signal.
