The present invention relates to a safety lighter and, more particularly, to a safety lighter capable of preventing a fire caused by children playing with lighters by preventing the children from easily rotating an ignition roller interacting with a flint. The present invention for the purpose is as the safety lighter composed of a tank storing gas, the flint, and the ignition roller. The roller is composed of a spike wheel generating spark by frictional force with the flint and a side wheel formed on a side of the spike wheel and having operation sawteeth. A safety part is included in the side of the sawteeth. |
