The objective of the present invention is to provide a joint of an intermediate shaft assembly for a vehicle that can minimize friction between a protruding portion and a bearing cup with respect to the longitudinal direction of the protruding portion. The joint of an intermediate shaft assembly for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a first yoke; a second yoke; a spider that connects the first yoke with the second yoke and includes a protruding portion for connection; bearing cups that are respectively provided in the first and second yokes; a first sliding member that is interposed between the outer surface of the protruding portion and the inner surface of the bearing cup; and a friction reducing unit that is interposed between the end surface of the protruding portion and the bottom surface of the bearing cup to reduce the friction between the protruding portion and the bearing cup.
