摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented self-tack protective film for in-mold lamination which shows excellent transparency and appearance property without the generation of interface irregularities or interlayer void, and also without the generation of floating or peeling to an adherend during high temperature fabrication, and for these advantages, enables an easy visual product inspection of the adherend, and exhibits an insignificant tack acceleration under high temperatures. <P>SOLUTION: This biaxially oriented self-tack protective film for in-mold lamination is an at least three-layer laminated film constituted of a self-tack layer (X)/an intermediate layer (Y)/a non-tack layer (Z) formed in that order. (1) The intermediate layer (Y) is composed of 30-100 wt.% of propylene-based resin composition (A) made up of 60 to 70 wt.% of propylene/ethylene random copolymer component (a1) including the range of 98 to 99.9 wt.% of propylene unit in terms of weight reference of compolmer, and 30 to 40 wt.% of propylene/α-olefin random copolymer component (a2) including the range of 70 to 80 wt.% of propylene unit in terms of weight reference of the copolymer; and 0 to 70 wt.% of propylene homopolymer (B). (2) The self-tack layer (X) is composed of 55 to 70 wt.% of hydrogenated-stylene-based elastomer (C) and 30 to 45 wt.% of propylene homopolymer (D). (3) The non-tack layer (Z) is composed of a polymer composition obtained by blending 0.5 to 1.5 pts.wt. of a film anti-blocking agent (F) to 100 pts.wt. of propylene/α-olefin random copolymer (E).
