PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a conveyance rack for conveying a metallic rings light in weight, and also to average the degree of a heat treatment over the entire metallic rings. SOLUTION: The conveyance rack 10 has a base plate 12, and ten pieces of holding shafts 14a-14j erected on the base plate 12. Therein, a plurality of projective parts 26 and recessed parts 28 are alternately provided on the side walls of the holding shafts 14a-14j, and the metallic rings R1, R2 are held by being engaged with the recessed parts 28 of the holding shafts 14a-14j. The inner parts of the holding shafts 14a-14j, are under connecting state with the atmosphere. Thus, in a heat treatment furnace 80, when the heat treatment is applied to the metallic rings R1, R2 held with the conveyance rack 10, the atmospheric gas passes through the inner parts of the holding shafts 14a-14j.
