PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flushing tank device which efficiently carries out toilet stool flushing, and to provide a flush toilet stool. SOLUTION: The flushing tank device 10 provided for the flush toilet stool is equipped with a flushing tank body 11 having formed therein a drain port 12 communicating with a toilet stool body 1. The drain port 12 is opened/closed by a float valve 20, and flushing water is fed to the flushing tank body 11 by a bowl tap 30. The flushing tank body 11 has a first water storage section 14, and a second water storage section 15 which is divided into an upper water storage section 17 and a lower water storage section 18 by a partition 16 having a first through-hole 16A formed therein.
