Disclosed is a motor which has an improved structure to have increased durability. The motor includes a stator and a rotor arranged on an inner side or an outer side of the stator to rotate. The rotor includes: multiple rotor cores arranged in a radial shape; multiple magnets arranged between one rotor core and another rotor core; and a molding part which supports the rotor core and the magnet. The rotor core includes multiple joining protrusions which protrude from one side of the core in the direction of the circumference of the rotor and are separately located in the direction of the radius.
