The present invention relates to a hand-held device accessory, and more particularly, to a hand-held device accessory capable of not only protecting an earphone jack coupling part but also informing a user of use time of a hand-held device. The hand-held device accessory according to the present invention comprises: a connection terminal of which one end is inserted into an earphone jack insertion hole provided in the hand-held device to be connected to the hand-held device; a decoration part coupled to the other end of the connection terminal; and an alarm unit detecting an electric signal transmitted from the hand-held device through the connection terminal, the alarm unit being installed inside the decoration part so as to emit an alarm sound to a user of the hand-held device when the electric signal is continuously detected at every second interval during a first time. The hand-held device accessory according to the present invention is inserted into the earphone jack insertion hole of the hand-held device, thus preventing foreign substances from being introduced into the hand-held device and also decorating the hand-held device. Furthermore, the hand-held device accessory according to the present invention informs a user when the user uses the hand-held device for a certain time or more, which makes it possible for the user to efficiently use the hand-held device. |
