METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF RIBBED TUBES

The invention relates to manufacturing elements of heat exchangers. A method of manufacture of ribbed tubes includes feeding plates for ribbing and tubes in the weld zone, tube feeding in the weld area and contact relief welding of plates welded to the tube surface. Also simultaneous welding is performed of at least two plates to opposite faces of the plates of a tube, wherein during welding previously welded plates for ribbing are isolated from the passage of welding current. The technical result is to increase the quality of the connection of the ribbing with a tube.
