A method for feeding and loading charge materials into the blast furnace includes the discharge of the charge materials from the hoppers of the charge feeding into the weighing hoppers using the screens, the feeding of the charge materials to the furnace mouth and their unloading through the top-charging gear in the case of the presence of a given level of the filler on the layer of charge materials inside the furnace. The charge materials from the weighing hoppers are charged into the containers of pipeline pneumatic conveying hoisting machine on which the containers with the charge materials are supplied into the discharge stations on the furnace throat and further into the furnace. At that a constant air pressure greater than the gas pressure at the furnace throat by 10-40 kPa is maintained in the discharge stations of the pneumatic conveying hoisting machine. |
