The present invention relates to a floor noise insulation panel having a hot-water heating structure without a pipe, which perform a heating function by using floor-heating water and a noise-insulating function blocking noises through floors at the same time, and an assembly of the floor noise insulation panel. The floor noise insulation panel is provided to comprise a gap part having an empty space formed on the lower part of a flow pipe unit, through which hot water flows, or on the lower and side parts of the flow pipe unit, thereby further strengthening the function of a noise insulation part, which makes a gap part prevent noises generated in a multistory apartment house from being transferred to a lower floor; thereby transferring heat of the floor-heating water only to the upper part of an indoor space; and thereby preventing the heat from being transferred to or stored in the lower part of the indoor space. |
