The present invention relates to an evaporator and a refrigerating machine using the same. An evaporator according to the present invention comprises: an inlet into which a low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant expanded by an expansion valve flows; and an outlet from which a heat-exchanged refrigerant is discharged, wherein the inlet and the outlet are formed into one pipeline. Pressure at the outlet formed inside the pipeline is lower than pressure at the inlet formed outside the outlet so that the refrigerant heat-exchanged in the refrigerant flow path of the evaporator at a relatively high pressure, and then quickly discharged from the outlet can allow pressure at the refrigerant of the evaporator to be low, and, as a result, the cooling efficiency of the evaporator can be improved. |
