<p>Edwardsiella ictaluri which causes enteric septicemia of cat fish has high fatality rate and high infectivity and the death of hatchery fish by Edwardsiella ictaluri causes massive economic loss, therefore, the application of an analysis method for the early diagnosis of Edwardsiella ictaluri is urgently required. The present invention provides an early diagnosis method for a conditioned weight test capable of testing causative bacteria in real time, and secures a standardized experiment mode, thereby providing a new diagnosis method which enables unskilled users to easily analyze.</p> |
