The present invention relates to a touch screen panel and a touch screen device. The present invention provides the touch screen panel comprising: a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first axis direction; a plurality of second electrodes extending in a second axis direction intersecting the first axis direction; and a third electrode formed between one of the first electrodes and another first electrode adjacent thereto, wherein the third electrode is formed to be engaged with the first electrode, and one of both sides of the first electrodes is exposed.
